About the role
The City of Miami has an opening in the Water Department for a Water Crewman I. Must be able to obtain a CDL license within the first year of employment. This position provides manual labor in the repair and maintenance of the City water distribution and wastewater collection systems. Some job duties will include excavating and backfilling trenches and culverts, repairing valves and hydrants, and drilling and installing taps in water mains. This position will perform repairs on water meters and help clean and maintain sewer lines. We are willing to train the right candidate. A Water Crewman I job description can be found HERE.
