PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage in Palm Bay, FL. You will keep originating while building a high-performance team, with processing and back-office support provided by the company to drive production. Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $220,000 with commissions on personal production and a branch override; a sign-on bonus is available. This role rewards leadership, coaching, and growth of the branch P&L.
