About the role

You will partner with the VP, Global Total Rewards and regional leaders to align globally while respecting regional needs, guiding Oracle HCM Cloud adoption, and driving AI-enabled HR innovations. This role spans the Americas and collaborates across HR, IT, Finance, and Legal to ensure trusted data and excellent employee experiences.
