About the role
Editorial Production Assistant Seeking a detail-oriented Editorial Production Assistant to support a high-priority publication project requiring meticulous proofreading of a comprehensive state labor law reference guide (~525,000 words) and accompanying HR quick reference guide (~105,000 words). The ideal candidate will review PDF chapters for grammar, spelling, syntax, house/AP style adherence, and typographical errors (widows/orphans, bad breaks), while marking clear queries for editor.
