About the role

Radiant, based in El Segundo, CA, seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to transition Kaleidos into a repeatable production system. You will own manufacturing processes for critical reactor components, develop production tooling, and collaborate with design, quality, test, and supply chain teams to improve manufacturability and scalability. You will drive DFMs, create work instructions, and work hands-on on the factory floor, ensuring safe, reliable, and repeatable builds while meeting demanding
