About the role

Casper is seeking a Store Manager to lead a flagship retail team in a fast paced environment. You will drive sales, manage the store P&L, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience across the Casper brand. You’ll recruit, coach, and develop talent, establish training standards, and partner with HQ to execute marketing and inventory strategies.
