Position Overview:
The Call Time Manager plays a critical role in supporting candidates’ fundraising efforts by managing daily call time operations, donor follow-up systems, and fundraising tracking. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to support candidates in a fast-paced political environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support candidates’ daily call time schedules and systems
Prepare, organize, and maintain call sheets and donor lists
Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor databases
Track fundraising goals and report progress to campaign leadership
Coordinate donor outreach and follow-up efforts
Ensure candidates are equipped with appropriate messaging, materials, and preparation for call time
Handle sensitive donor and campaign information with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Comfort working with donor databases and fundraising tools
Clear and professional communication skills
Familiarity with political campaigns or fundraising preferred but not required
Commitment to progressive values and electing Democrats
Compensation $22 per hour, paid weekly
Automatically increases to $23 per hour following successful completion of a 90-day probationary period
