Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Business Development Associate to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $55,000 to $65,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities: Identify and qualify potential business opportunities, introducing prospects to the sales team and ensuring alignment with company offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through consistent engagement and effective communication. Drive lead generation efforts using outbound calls, emails, social platforms, and sales tools to expand the pipeline. Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Account Management, Marketing, and Client Success to support sales initiatives. Track and manage leads, re-engaging prospects regularly to uncover new opportunities and overcome objections.
Requirements: Minimum of 1+ year(s) of experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in B2B services or technology. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with confidence in cold outreach. Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with an entrepreneurial mindset. Proven ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
