Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
Job Type: Part-time/Full-time positions available About Springboard ABAAt Springboard ABA, we are dedicated to helping children with autism develop essential life skills through high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. We provide in-home and community-based services, ensuring that every child receives the personalized support they need to thrive. We are looking for passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team and make a difference in the lives of children and families.
Job Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, and community settings Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBAUse positive reinforcement techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills Collect and record data on client progress using our electronic system Work closely with parents, caregivers, and supervisors to ensure consistent therapy and progress
