Senior Project ManagerOverview:The Senior Project Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, managing project opportunities, and overseeing project execution in coordination with internal teams and field leadership. This role requires strong judgment, professionalism, and a high level of engagement to support business growth and successful project delivery.Supervises:NoneEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycleLead project development from initial concept through completion, including estimating, proposals, and executionManage contracts, including sales, procurement, and project deliveryOversee project execution and coordinate with field leadership to ensure proper sequencing and performanceFinancial ManagementDevelop forecasts and budgets; monitor and control project costsPrepare and manage project documentation including proposals, contracts, and change ordersOversee billing processes and maintain awareness of project financial performanceRelationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and industry partnersLead client meetings and support business development effortsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomesInternal Team CoordinationCoordinate efforts across departments such as engineering, procurement, finance, and operationsEnsure timely communication and collaboration throughout all phases of the projectSupport continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to organizational developmentCommunication & LeadershipCommunicate effectively with internal stakeholders, leadership, and external partnersLead project meetings and coordinate pre-project planning sessionsUtilize internal resources effectively to meet project goals and client expectationsMentor team members and support recruitment, training, and professional development initiativesPerform additional duties as assigned to support business objectivesPosition RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experienceExtensive experience in project management, estimating, design, or related functionsDemonstrated ability to manage projects of varying size and complexityStrong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and make sound decisionsProven ability to develop and maintain client relationshipsHigh level of integrity and professionalismProficiency in standard business software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar tools)Additional ExpectationsMaintain involvement in industry or community organizationsStay current with best practices, tools, and trends relevant to project management and operations
