About the role

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Partner Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with Salesforce and the broader Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of selling Salesforce services, consulting, digital transformation, and managed services through partner-led and co-sell motions. This role requires a highly entrepreneurial sales leader who can build relationships with Salesforce stakeholders, identify joint go-to-market opportunities, create qualified pipeline, and drive large, complex engagements from opportunity creation through closure.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a Salesforce partner-led sales and go-to-market strategy across target accounts and industries. Build and manage strong relationships with Salesforce account executives, alliance leaders, solution teams, and partner ecosystem stakeholders. Identify, qualify, and develop joint sales and co-selling opportunities with Salesforce. Generate new pipeline through partner referrals, joint account planning, field engagement, events, and targeted prospecting. Drive new-logo acquisition and expansion within existing enterprise accounts. Position and sell Salesforce-related services including Salesforce Consulting, Implementation, Integration, Managed Services, Data & Analytics, AI/GenAI, Industry Cloud, and Digital Transformation. Lead complex sales cycles involving CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, and senior business stakeholders. Develop account plans and joint business plans with Salesforce and internal delivery/solution teams. Coordinate with Sales, Alliances, Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to develop compelling customer propositions. Originate and close multi-million-dollar IT Services and Consulting engagements. Manage the complete sales lifecycle from pipeline creation and qualification through negotiation, contracting, and closure. Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and revenue projections. Develop strategic relationships across the Salesforce ecosystem, including ISVs, consulting partners, technology partners, and system integrators. Participate in Salesforce events, industry conferences, executive briefings, and partner initiatives to strengthen market presence. Ideal Candidate Profile10–18+ years of enterprise sales, business development, alliances, or partner sales experience within IT Services & Consulting. Proven experience selling Salesforce services and solutions to enterprise customers. Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, partner model, and co-selling/GTM motions. Demonstrated success working with Salesforce field organizations and account teams. Proven track record of new-logo acquisition, pipeline generation, and revenue growth. Experience selling complex IT Services, Consulting, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data & AI, and Managed Services engagements. Strong C-level relationships and executive communication skills. Experience originating and closing multi-million-dollar TCV engagements. Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and complex, consultative sales cycles. Ability to operate effectively in a hunter / builder capacity with limited supervision. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
