This role will provide strategic leadership and oversight for complex SAP implementations, integrations, and cross-functional business and technology workstreams.The successful candidate will be responsible for driving program execution from planning and design through deployment and stabilization while partnering closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, consulting partners, and technical teams. This is a high-impact leadership position requiring extensive experience managing enterprise-scale SAP transformations, complex integrations, and organizational change initiatives.This opportunity is ideal for an experienced SAP Program Manager seeking to drive a high-visibility enterprise transformation initiative within a leading energy organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale SAP transformation program, including planning, design, implementation, deployment, and stabilization.Direct and coordinate multiple interconnected workstreams across SAP, business operations, data, integrations, and technology teaTEms.Establish and maintain program governance, integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, executive reporting structures, and decision-making processes.Partner with business and IT leadership to align program objectives with organizational priorities and strategic goals.Manage relationships with consulting firms and systems integrators, ensuring accountability for deliverables, quality standards, schedules, and milestones.Oversee complex integrations between SAP and enterprise applications across the technology ecosystem.Identify, assess, and manage program risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and resource constraints.Drive collaboration across business stakeholders, SAP teams, vendors, consultants, technical teams, and executive sponsors.Monitor program financials, resource allocation, schedules, and overall delivery performance.Provide executive-level communications regarding project status, risks, decisions, accomplishments, and upcoming milestones.Support implementation readiness activities, cutover planning, deployment execution, hypercare support, and transition to ongoing operations.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited institution.PMP, PgMP, or equivalent Project/Program Management certification.12+ years of progressive Project and Program Management experience leading complex enterprise technology initiatives.Proven experience leading large-scale SAP implementation and transformation programs.SAP ERP Transformation experience as a Program Lead, ERP Lead, or CRB Lead is required.Strong experience managing complex enterprise integrations involving multiple systems, business processes, applications, and technical teams.Demonstrated success working with large consulting organizations and systems integration partners during enterprise implementations.Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams, stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional delivery teams.Strong expertise in:Program GovernanceFinancial ManagementRisk & Issue ManagementDependency ManagementExecutive ReportingStakeholder ManagementAbility to communicate effectively with executive leadership and highly technical teams.Proven track record of successfully driving programs through implementation, deployment, stabilization, and operational transition.Excellent leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience leading major SAP ERP modernization or transformation programs.Utility, energy, or other highly regulated industry experience.Experience managing global systems integration partners and large consulting organizations.Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.Desired Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a demonstrated history of successfully delivering enterprise SAP programs.
