About the role

As a full-time Operations Team Lead based in Houston, TX, this position will manage quality reviews, train employees, and handle inquiries related to processing status while ensuring procedures are current and reporting is organized. Key responsibilities Perform quality reviews and maintain up-to-date procedures Handle emails and phone inquiries from field partners regarding account statuses and processing issues Research and resolve pending cases to facilitate new business and maintain client accounts Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in the financial industry or a related field Experience in data analysis and process improvement Strong presentation and business writing skills Mentoring and coaching experience Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
