About the role
CX2, a next-generation defense technology company, seeks a Lead RF Engineer to own cradle-to-grave RF components from requirements to test. The role requires onsite work at the El Segundo HQ, with no remote option, and demands prior leadership experience managing cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates will have strong RF fundamentals, antenna design, link budgets, and experience in NPI and design-for-test, plus proficiency in Python and/or MATLAB.
