About the role
Hiring: Senior Account Manager | Promo Pharma Advertising We’re partnering with a growing independent healthcare communications agency that is looking for a passionate Senior Account Manager to join its Client Services team. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves being a true client partner and wants to work on complex, innovative therapies that are shaping the future of healthcare.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships
- Act as a strategic partner, developing a deep understanding of clients’ goals, brands, priorities and competitive landscape
- Own projects from start to finish, including resourcing, financial management and forecasting
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality work
- Bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to every project
What we’re looking for:
- Previous Account Manager experience within a medical communications agency or similar healthcare agency environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline
- Genuine passion for science and medical communications
- Strong client relationship and project management skills
