About the role

Job Description: Burgess Civil, LLCis seeking an experienced Punch Out Superintendentto join our growing team. We are looking for a hands-on construction professional with strong punch-out experience who can take ownership of completing projects, coordinating crews, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of punch-out experience preferred Strong background incivil construction Proven experience managing and completing punch-out work on construction projects Ability to identify deficiencies, develop a plan for completion, and ensure items are addressed properly Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, plans, and specifications Ability to read and understand construction plans and project documents Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to coordinate and manage subcontractors and field crews Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all punch-out activities through project completion Walk projects and identify outstanding work, deficiencies, and quality issues Coordinate with Project Managers, Foremen, subcontractors, and field crews to complete punch-list items Ensure punch-out work is completed correctly, efficiently, and within project deadlines Monitor jobsite safety and maintain a clean and organized work environment Review plans and specifications to ensure work meets project requirements Communicate project status and outstanding items to management Assist with final inspections, closeout activities, and project turnover Help ensure projects are completed to Burgess Civil's standards for quality and workmanship

We are also open to an experienced Punch Out Foreman who is ready to take the next step into a Superintendent role, particularly someone with a strong team and field relationships.
