Are you ready to turn boxes of parts into masterpieces that make customers smile? We're looking for a hands-on wizard with a knack for assembling furniture, grills, bicycles, and other cool items. If you're someone who loves building, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this is the job for you!
What You'll Do: Assemble products like a pro inside of stores (don't worry, we'll train you). Troubleshoot assembly challenges and deliver high-quality work that meets safety standards. Utilize hand tools to assemble products. Interact with customers and coworkers, sharing your passion for precision and problem-solving. Work independently or with a team to meet daily assembly goals. Maintain tools, parts, and workspaces like the master of efficiency you are.
What You Bring to the Table: You've got experience with tools and enjoy fixing, building, or tinkering. You can follow instructions and nail the small stuff. Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. Requires repetitive wrist, hand, and figure movement, and ability to use tools requiring high dexterity. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Open to flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Ability to work in multiple locations if needed. Reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
