About the role
Overseeing the coordination and execution of client onboarding and RFP activities, the full-time remote Transitions & RFP Services Manager will serve as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders and external service providers, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for RFP requests and manage the operational onboarding of new clients and investment vehicles
Develop and maintain a centralized library of standardized RFP responses and coordinate annual reviews to ensure compliance and accuracy
Lead process improvement initiatives and enhance operational procedures to improve efficiency and scalability
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
More than six years of experience in securities operations, investment operations, or investment administration within the financial services industry
Experience managing client onboarding and operational transitions
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with Microsoft Access or SQL
FINRA Fingerprinting required
