Account Manager | Remote (US) | $100K-$130K Base | $140K-$160K OTE | EquityA high-growth, venture-backed risk and compliance technology company is looking to hire an Account Manager to support its rapidly expanding customer base. Trusted by some of the most recognizable fintech, software, and financial services organizations, the company is scaling quickly and seeking a customer-focused professional to own strategic accounts and drive long-term customer success.
What You'll Do: Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts Build strong relationships with executive and operational stakeholders Drive retention, expansion, and overall customer satisfaction Partner with product, analytics, and technical teams to solve customer challenges Deliver strategic account reviews and performance insights Advise customers on risk, fraud, compliance, and payment-related initiatives Identify opportunities to increase platform adoption and account growth
What We're Looking For: Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, or a customer-facing SaaS role Background in fintech, payments, fraud, AML, KYC, compliance, identity, or risk technology is a plus Comfortable working with technical products, APIs, and integrations Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations Compensation & Benefits$100,000-$130,000 Base Salary$140,000-$160,000 OTEEquity Medical, Dental & Vision Coverage 401(k)Generous PTOFully Remote (United States)This is a great opportunity to join a well-funded company operating at the intersection of fintech, risk, compliance, and payments while working closely with some of the fastest-growing organizations in the market.
