This is a direct hire opportunity offering excellent benefits with no employee contribution after 60 days of employment (effective the 1st of the following month).

Review the Operator Display Board daily for work instructions and quality alerts. Perform production duties, including trimming flash, sorting, and light sub-assembly work. Apply internal and external labels accurately per specifications. Ensure compliance with all OSHA and company safety standards. Participate in continuous improvement and team problem-solving activities. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications: 2-3 years of plastic processing experience requiredProven experience as a Mold Setter in an injection molding environment High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic prints Good communication and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record Ability to lift/push/carry up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally Hi-Lo (Forklift) License required
