About the role
- Fulfill orders in NetSuite: print pick tickets, pick and pack accurately, and set up outbound shipments.
- Receive and put away: verify inbound product against purchase orders, put away accurately, and keep locations clean.
- Ship: stage carrier hand-offs, generate shipping documentation, and confirm shipments in the system.
- Inventory: run cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and keep on-hand quantities accurate.
- Records and reporting: support invoicing, keep order and inventory records current, and produce basic daily and weekly reports.
- Own the floor: flex across the full range of daily warehouse tasks and keep things moving when priorities shift.

- Catch small discrepancies before they become problems and take pride in accurate counts.
- Work steadily and independently, and organize your own day without close supervision.
- Required 2+ years of warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience, including shipping and receiving.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, staying accurate and organized under volume and time pressure.
- Comfortable working in an ERP or warehouse system every day.
- Strong attention to detail: catches small discrepancies in inventory and order data before they become problems.
- Able to perform the physical requirements of warehouse work: standing and moving throughout the shift, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, organized, and able to own a task list without close supervision.
- Authorized to work in the United States (Form I-9 on hire).Preferred
- NetSuite experience (or another ERP such as Acumatica).Cycle-counting or inventory-control experience.
- Forklift or material-handling equipment experience.
- What success looks like in your first 90 days
- Pick tickets printed and orders staged the day they are released; shipments set up same-day.
- Receiving kept current, with put-away and location accuracy holding up.
- Cycle counts running on a regular cadence and on-hand accuracy trending up.
- The daily operation runs without leadership on the floor.
