About the role

Own every video request from intake to measurement, holding cycle-time targets. Cut videos yourself, from story to final delivery, across social, paid, demos, and events. Build template libraries and motion systems to make future production cheap and fast.

Who you are: A senior video producer who has shipped for technical or developer audiences. Fast, clean solo editing and motion design in After Effects or Remotion. Comfortable with AI-capable workflows and making the final call.

What you'll get: Competitive base pay, meaningful equity, and generous medical, dental, and vision. Flexible PTO, remote-first culture, and a $1,200 home office stipend. Runpod is the AI Developer Cloud, where more than one million developers build, train, and scale AI models. It is a small, remote-first team that moves fast and ships to a large developer community.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
