About the role
Leading external affairs strategy, the full-time salaried Public Policy Manager will engage with government officials and stakeholders to advance policy priorities related to content governance, data privacy, competition, and emerging technology while coordinating cross-functional advocacy efforts.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute external affairs strategies to promote policy priorities with key stakeholders
Represent the organization in engagements with policymakers and legislative staff on relevant technology policy issues
Analyze legislative developments and draft advocacy materials for external audiencesRequired qualifications 8+ years of experience in public policy, government affairs, or related fields with engagement experience
Proven track record in developing advocacy strategies on technology policy issues
Experience building relationships with senior government officials and managing external engagements
Strong background in drafting policy documents and advocacy materials for external audiences
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including legal and communications
