Role Overview: Full-time, Monday-Friday scheduleNo nights or weekendsFlexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentationConduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adultsPrescribe and manage psychotropic medications Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns Provide brief interventions and behavioral management Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settingsCompensation and BenefitsEstimated compensation range of $150,000 - $200,000 annually with no cap on productivity income Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k) Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided
