About the Role:
We’re looking for competitive, driven, and coachable individuals to join a fast-growing organization as a Commercial Account Executive. This is an opportunity to leverage the discipline, resilience, and leadership developed through athletics or military experience into a high-impact sales career.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close Drive net-new business acquisition within the SMB market Build and manage a high-velocity sales pipeline Conduct discovery calls, demos, pricing discussions, and negotiations Develop relationships with clients across industries including construction, manufacturing, transportation, and energy Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementation teams Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM activity tracking Qualifications 2–5 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience (SaaS preferred)Experience managing SMB accounts and shorter sales cycles Strong prospecting, discovery, and closing skills Competitive, coachable, and highly organized mindset Experience with Salesforce, Linked In Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, and modern sales tools Compensation$75K–$85K Base Salary Uncapped Commission$155K–$165K OTEBenefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Paid Holidays, 401(k) Match, Life Insurance, and Mental Health Support.
