Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Personal Assistant to work on a Full-Time basis. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks remotely. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.• Handle email correspondence, filtering and prioritizing messages as needed.• Perform research tasks such as gathering information for reports or finding suitable vendors for services.• Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and other materials for executive review.• Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person meetings, including setting up video calls and preparing meeting materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) is required.• Experience with calendar management tools such as Google Calendar or Outlook is necessary.• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.• Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
