Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift We are seeking a dependable and safety-mindedForklift Operator / Warehouse Associateto join our warehouse team. This position supports daily warehouse operations with a focus onforklift operation, inventory control, material handling, distribution activities, and RF scanner usage. The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, maintains excellent attendance, and demonstrates a positive, team-oriented attitude. Schedule Monday through Friday7:00 AM - 3:30 PMOvertime Overtime may be required based on business needsMost overtime hours are scheduled before or after the regular shiftKey Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipmentUse RF scanners to accurately track inventory and product movementPerform inventory control and cycle count activitiesReceive, store, pick, pack, and ship products according to company proceduresLoad and unload trailers safely and efficientlySupport distribution and warehouse operations to meet productivity goalsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all safety policies and operational proceduresCollaborate with team members to achieve daily operational objectivesQualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious warehouse experience requiredForklift operation experience requiredExperience using RF scanners preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDependable with strong attendance and punctualityFlexible and adaptable to changing business needsComfortable asking questions and seeking clarification when neededAbility to lift, move, and handle materials in a warehouse environmentWork Environment Team-oriented warehouse environment with approximately 11 team membersProfessional, collaborative atmosphere that values teamwork, flexibility, and communicationPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) Safety-toe shoes are requiredAdditional required PPE will be provided by the companyIf you are a reliable warehouse professional with forklift experience, strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and teamwork, we encourage you to apply today.
