About the role
Owning the complete execution of customer renewals, the full-time Subscription Renewal Specialist will manage pricing negotiations, maintain renewal data in Salesforce, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely renewals in a hybrid/remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead subscription pricing negotiations and manage discount requests tied to annual pricing uplifts
Facilitate monthly user audits and manage overage alignment discussions with customers
Provide renewal forecasts and risk insights to leadership while managing at-risk renewals
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, order management, or customer success operations
Working knowledge of subscription renewal processes, including pricing and contract terms
Experience in customer negotiations and protecting pricing/discount guardrails
Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with finance/ERP/billing systems
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive renewal execution
