IT Program ManagerProSidian Consulting has an opportunity for an IT Consultant Services - Program Manager located in South Florida - Miami | POSTING TYPE: This Is A Contract W-2 Position | Position Reference Code: REF9241-0/15-A-PM ProSidian requires a Program Manager (PM) for our IT Effectiveness service line with experience in the design and implementation of custom technology-enabled business solutions. The PM functions as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients' business needs. Areas of interest include Oracle Policy Modeling, Oracle Policy Automation (OPA), OPA Web Determinations engines, and client-side training. The Program Manager will be expected to lead a team of analysts and developers producing Oracle Policy Automation Rule Bases for a governmental client in charge of Licencing and Permitting processes. NO RESUMES ACCEPTED AFTER 5:00 PM EST ON 11.30.2012 QualificationsRequired Skills: 3+ years of professional experience which should include either management consulting experience or relevant industry knowledge. Experience as a team leader in a full cycle Oracle Policy Modeling deployment (including design and development) Understanding of all phases of the software development lifecycle Production Experience as an Oracle Policy Automation technical lead Production deployment experience using the OPA Web Determinations engine in a US.gov website project Demonstrated ability in managing client-side training processes on OPA production rule bases Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred Experience leading teams of analysts and developers Knowledge and understanding of Licensing and Permitting processes A willingness to travel to client locations Experience Level: 3+ years of experience in consulting and project management 1+ years in full cycle Oracle Policy Modeling deployment Must be able to work in a fast-paced and changing work environment Must be able to work independently Other Skills: - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Relationship management skills (influence, negotiation, consulting, etc.). - Strong analytical and problem solving skills. - Strong Leadership & Project Management skills - Ability to manage competing priorities on an ongoing basis - Ability to negotiate priorities and resolve conflict. - Must be able to effectively communicate problem status to senior management - Must be able to translate plans/policies into specific goals, tactics, action plans and deliverables The successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to lead in a team environment.
