Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Perform analytical, batch, line, and microbiological testing of food products. Conduct testing for pH, Brix, Total Solids, Density, Sodium, sensory evaluation, and product/package integrity. Perform quality inspections, document results, and support product release. Initiate and manage NCRs, including product holds and follow-up. Collect and submit samples to external laboratories and assist with investigations.
Requirements: Food Science or related post-secondary education preferred.1+ year of food manufacturing experience preferred. Strong attention to detail, analytical and communication skills. Self-motivated team player who works well in a fast-paced environment. Strong data-entry skills and ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on the night shift, which operates from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am Monday through Sunday.
