About the role

Vivint Smart Home is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to own the holistic technical view of how devices are set up and stay connected. You will oversee architecture across panel firmware, cloud services, mobile apps, and device radios, driving changes that shorten install time and boost reliability. You will partner with engineering leadership to sequence changes, define telemetry, and ensure secure, scalable integration of third‑party services and hardware partners.
