About the role
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue objectives across a defined portfolio of named accounts.* Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on revenue growth, retention, cross-sell, and market penetration.* Identify new business opportunities and expand LNRS relationships across assigned enterprise accounts.* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior and C-level decision makers.* Develop a deep understanding of customer businesses, industries, priorities, and existing LNRS relationships.* Lead complex sales opportunities from prospecting through negotiation and close.* Identify customer needs and position LNRS solutions to address their business challenges.* Coordinate cross-functional internal resources to support customer needs and drive revenue growth.* Develop accurate revenue forecasts and maintain a healthy sales funnel through effective CRM management.* Analyze customer, market, and revenue trends to identify opportunities and potential risks.* Maintain a strong understanding of competitive products, pricing, services, and solutions and clearly articulate the value of LNRS offerings.* Create demand and increase awareness of LNRS products and solutions within assigned accounts.* Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication, needs analysis, and consultative selling.* Manage multiple stakeholders and internal resources within a highly matrixed organization.* Travel as required to support customer relationships and business development activities.
- 10+ years of proven enterprise sales experience.* Experience within Telecommunications, Cable, Streaming Services, or a closely related industry preferred.* Proven success managing strategic national and/or global enterprise accounts.* Demonstrated C-level sales and relationship management experience.* Strong track record of acquiring, growing, and retaining revenue within complex accounts.* Strong strategic account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management skills.* Experience selling complex data, technology, SaaS, or solutions-based offerings preferred.* Strong understanding of consultative and value-based selling.* Ability to quickly understand complex customer needs and translate them into relevant solutions.* Strong business acumen, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.* Proven ability to build relationships and influence senior-level stakeholders.* Experience working effectively in a highly matrixed environment and leveraging cross-functional resources.* Strong CRM and sales funnel management experience.* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.* Willingness to travel as required. U.S. National Base Pay Range: $98,500 - $183,000. Total Target Cash Range: $151,700 - $281,500. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
