About the role
We are seeking a Production Forms Designer to create, revise, and maintain customer-facing forms, correspondence, and marketing materials. This role partners closely with Creative Services, Marketing, Legal, and business stakeholders to ensure materials are accurate, compliant, on-brand, and delivered on time. This role is part-time, 20 hours per week!
Key Responsibilities:
Design and update forms, policyholder correspondence, flyers, brochures, and other print/digital materials. Create and edit fillable forms using Adobe Acrobat Pro. Utilize Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator to revise and produce professional design collateral. Partner with Legal and business teams to ensure materials meet regulatory and state filing requirements. Review content for accuracy, usability, consistency, and compliance, recommending improvements when appropriate. Maintain corporate branding, layout, typography, and style standards across materials. Manage multiple projects and deadlines while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree with an emphasis in Graphic Design preferred.2+ years of related design/production experience. Strong experience with Adobe InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Strong proofreading, editing, organizational, and communication skills. Experience in insurance or financial services and working with print processes/vendors is a plus.
