About the role

The Florida Baptist Convention seeks a Data and Technology Manager to own our church management platform, keep records up to date, and translate ministry needs into practical systems staff can use daily. You will build reports, manage the Annual Church Profile data entry, oversee our tech partner, and guide responsible AI adoption to prevent outages and data incidents. This role supports stewardship and Kingdom impact across Florida churches.
