The Counter Help position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supplying customers with timely & accurate information regarding accounts, products, rates, & services offered.· Engages with both counter & phone customers to fully identify needs· Provides quotes & order information to customers· Processes & enters orders in system using relevant computer software· Demonstrates knowledge of product·*
