Summary: The Engagement Manager is a critical role in enabling revenue generation and collaborating with delivery teams across the different business units of Brickwork. This role partners closely with senior leadership to support the full sales and engagement lifecycle while driving process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability across our client partnerships. This role serves as a trusted operational partner, ensuring engagements are executed with accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to firm policies, while contributing to strategic initiatives that strengthen the firm’s engagement administration and delivery model. Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Enablement Oversee and coordinate sales opportunities and active engagements for Partners across multiple industry sectors, supporting pipeline progression and deal execution Support opportunity pursuit activities, including client acceptance, conflict checks, engagement structuring, staffing coordination, and pricing economics Maintain accurate and timely opportunity, pipeline, and client data to support sales forecasting and reporting Support billing and invoicing processes to ensure timely revenue recognition and cash collection Commercial & Financial Performance Develop and deliver periodic reports on engagement financials, pipeline health, and sector-level analytics to inform commercial decision-making Monitor engagement economics, margin performance, and operational KPIs, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to improve profitability Support leadership with data-driven insights to optimize pricing, resourcing, and deal structures Contracting, Deal Structuring & Risk Management Draft, review, and facilitate negotiations of engagement-related legal documentation, including engagement agreements, statements of work, and non-disclosure agreements. Process Optimization & Sales Operations Collaborate with Strategy & Transactions leadership on initiatives to improve sales and engagement administration processes, including automation and workflow optimization Enhance the effectiveness of sales operations by streamlining opportunity intake, approvals, and handoffs between sales, delivery, and finance teams
Qualifications: Proven experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder engagements within professional services, consulting, or financial services Strong understanding of Private Equity sales pipelines, engagement economics, pricing models, and revenue drivers Proven ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and compliance requirements Comfortable partnering with senior sales leaders and serving as a trusted commercial advisor Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms
