About the role

Location: Spartanburg, SC.Labor Rocket is looking for Rework Welders who are looking to grow within our organization at a long-term full-time job. Candidate must be able to rework pre-welded assemblies from robotic stations, rework surface defects such as dings, dents, and buckles in exhaust systems by performing the following duties. Shifts Available:2ndshift: Monday–Friday 3pm-11pm3rdshift: Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7amPay Range: $24-$25/hr (based on experience) Must be able to train on 1st shift if needed

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required
Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment (2+ years of experience) is required 2+ years of hands-on MIG and TIG welding experience is required
Must be able to pass a drug test & background check
Must pass each standard global re-certification test as required.
Required to take qualification tests using the MIG and TIG processes.
Great attendance and attitude!
