Job Description:
Aspen Systems, LLC is looking for a motivated Mechanical Assembler to work on the assembly of miniature cooling systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials
- Position parts and subassemblies by following assembly instructions and drawings
- Assembles components by mechanically fastening parts and subassemblies
- Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; reporting malfunctions
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Follow procedures regarding any irregular or non-conforming material
- Provide on-the-job training for new employees when appropriate
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Ability to retain information with regard to standard assembly/disassembly procedures Experience with basic hand tools such as screwdrivers and wrenches
Language Skills:
Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to pass a DRUG SCREEN & BACKGROUND CHECK.Must have the ability to report for work on time, follow directions, interact effectively with co-workers, understand, and follow rules and procedures and accept constructive criticism.
