Key Responsibilities: Patient care coordination and managing patient schedules and care plans Assisting patients with check-in, routing, and answering phones Collaborating closely with doctors to provide hands-on care, including exams and therapy treatments Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time Providing an exceptional experience for every patient at every visit
Qualifications: Prior EMR/EHR experience and a background in a medical office or customer service setting is required Chiropractic Assistant, Medical Assistant, or Radiology certification is a plus Comfort with assisting in hands-on patient care and standing for extended periods of time Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
