This role involves providing one-on-one and group tutoring sessions, assisting students with coursework, and promoting effective study strategies. Becoming a engineering tutor will require and provide additional training. **This is a pooled position. Applicants are selected from the pool as positions become available. After a period of time, the pool will expire, and applicants will be notified.
Required Qualifications:
Completed the following Engineering courses with a B+ or better, or better: ENGR 1000 (Intro to Engineering) ENGR 2010 (Statics) ENGR 2030 (Dynamics) ENGR 2300 (Thermodynamics)
Preferred Qualifications:
Must maintain a GPA of at least 3.0 in engineering subjects Prior tutoring or teaching experience is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patient, reliable, and a passion for tutoring Background Check?
