Company Description: Bartesian is the leading premium cocktail system transforming how consumers enjoy cocktails at home. With a strong direct-to-consumer business and a growing presence across many of the country’s leading retailers, we’re looking for a Supply Chain Operations Manager to be the foundation of our supply chain team.
Role Description: The Supply Chain Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, production scheduling, inventory management, and logistics coordination. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels and replenishment, optimizing production and operations workflows, managing relationships with suppliers and third-party logistics providers, and resolving operational issues. The role will also focus on improving processes, reducing costs, maintaining quality and service levels, and using data to support operational decisions and strategic initiatives. This is an on-site role.
Qualifications: Experience in supply chain management, including procurement, production scheduling, and inventory control. Skills in logistics coordination, transportation management, and working with third-party logistics or fulfillment partners. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency using spreadsheets and Netsuite Ability to manage cross-functional projects, streamline processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with internal teams and external vendors. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience of 10+ years in consumer goods or manufacturing is a plus. Experience in a fast-paced growth environment, with a focus on customer service, quality, and operational efficiency.
