About the role
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and XML.Build reusable UI components using modern Android architecture and UDF patterns. Work with Coroutines, Flow, RxJava, REST APIs, and backend integrations. Write unit/snapshot tests and troubleshoot crashes, performance issues, and production defects. Work with Gradle, Git, CI/CD, debugging, crash reporting, and monitoring tools. Follow mobile security and accessibility best practices. Collaborate with Mobile developers, UX/UI, QA, Product, BA, and backend teams.
Required Skills:
5+ years of Android development experience. Strong experience with Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, and XML.Experience with Coroutines, Flow, RxJava, UDF, MVVM/MVI or Clean Architecture. Experience with Android Jetpack, dependency injection, REST APIs, testing, and Gradle. Strong production debugging and root-cause analysis skills. Experience with CI/CD and modernizing existing Android applications. Strong communication, problem-solving, and ownership skills.
