About the Opportunity:
Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support a semiconductor services program consisting of approximately 26 Field Service Engineers. This individual will partner closely with the Account Manager and Project Manager to ensure operational excellence, maintain project momentum, and provide a seamless experience for both consultants and client stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solution-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are essential, as much of the coordination work will be conducted over the phone with consultants and stakeholders who may have limited access to email.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day project operations for a semiconductor services program.
Track and manage project deliverables including:
- Travel arrangements
- Timesheet compliance
- Facility badging
- Background checks
- Drug screenings
- Onboarding requirements
- Serve as a primary point of contact for consultants and client stakeholders.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding action items and ensure deadlines are met.
- Identify and escalate potential roadblocks before they impact project timelines.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, and status reporting.
- Provide timely project updates and ensure clear communication across all parties.
- Support process improvement initiatives and help implement new operational procedures.
- Meet with client stakeholders onsite at Chandler and North Phoenix locations as needed.
- Partner closely with internal Account Management and Project Management teams to support evolving project needs.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of project coordination, project support, or operations experience.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Self-motivated with a high level of accountability and follow-through.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on phone-based communication.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting projects with traveling field-based teams.
Experience coordinating employee onboarding activities.
Exposure to or experience within the semiconductor industry.
