Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)Clinic (Variable Hours) Variable hours/variable days within the Clinic Schedule of 8a-5p, M-F. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join and support the expansion of services within an established practice. This position is designed to meet growing client demand by delivering therapeutic massage and bodywork that is tailored to each clients needs, with an emphasis on pain management, relaxation, stress reduction, injury recovery, and overall well-being.
Primary responsibilities include: Assessing client health history, current complaints, and physical presentation to identify appropriate treatment goals. Designing and delivering personalized treatment plans using a variety of modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and other therapeutic techniques as appropriate. Monitoring client progress and adjusting techniques and treatment frequency accordingly to optimize outcomes. Maintaining accurate, timely service documentation and notes in accordance with clinic policies and legal requirements. Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and support a consistently high-quality client experience. Qualifications and expectations: Current Nebraska Massage Therapist license required. Prior massage therapy experience preferred. Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, active listening, empathy, and a professional bedside manner. Attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and strong time-management skills are essential. All staff are expected to adhere to safety and hygiene protocols, maintain client confidentiality, and follow ethical standards of practice.
