About the role

Ethos Risk Services in Louisville seeks a Special Unit Investigations (SIU) Field Investigator to conduct field investigations, interview witnesses, and compile evidence for claims decisions. You will travel to accidents or losses, gather statements, and upload documentation to our claims system. You will work independently and with teams, manage cases, detect fraud indicators, and communicate with clients and claim handlers throughout the investigation.
