About the role

Mom’s Meals is seeking friendly Customer Service Representatives to be the first voice customers hear when placing meal orders. This role offers Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm shifts with potential overtime, a starting wage of $17.00 per hour, and benefits after 30 days. Location: Ankeny, IA, with occasional pre-employment checks. You will handle calls, input orders, and document interactions while upholding HIPAA guidelines and company policies. Weekly pay and a full benefits package are offered.
