About the role
- Design and execute packaging for national and private label beverage products (including mockups and line extensions)
- Create point-of-sale (POS) materials for retail environments (shelf talkers, case cards, displays, signage, etc.)Prepare production-ready artwork files with accuracy and attention to print specs and vendor requirements
- Adapt master designs across multiple SKUs, formats, and languages
- Collaborate with the marketing, innovation, and sales teams to deliver on creative needs and timelines
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries where needed
- Support photo editing, retouching, and basic image manipulation for print and digital
- Optional but valued: Assist with 3D packaging renderings and product visualizations
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in CPG, beverage, or related industries
- Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging, POS, and brand work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Understanding of print production, dielines, and prepping files for vendors
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to pivot and prioritize multiple projects
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving, and feedback-driven team3D rendering experience (e.g., Adobe Dimension, Blender, Keyshot) is a plus, but not required
- Experience with AI; plus, but not required
- Must have an eye for brand aesthetics and understand visual communication
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Salary range: $?75,000-$100,000 per year
