- Previous experience with a moving company in residential or commercial moving
- The ability to lift 75+ pounds, bend, squat, kneel and climb stairs consistently throughout the day
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed
- Positive and collaborative attitude, commitment to teamwork is essential for success
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Pack and unpack items as needed during the moving process
- Load, unload and move products, furniture and materials efficiently by hand or using basic moving equipment, ensuring that all goods are handled with utmost care
- Work with crew of 2 - 3 workers to transport items locally in Greater Austin area
- Basic furniture assembly and disassembly
- Wrap furniture and items in protective material
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and professionalism when interacting with clients and their property
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the job
- Assist with other tasks on the job site as required
