About the role
Supporting a large-scale ERP transformation initiative, the full-time Lead Analyst, ERP Change Management will conduct change impact assessments, track business readiness, and collaborate with stakeholders in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilitiesConduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to drive organizational change
Track change mitigation activities and support communication plans for organizational adoption
Analyze and report on change metrics using Excel and business intelligence toolsRequired qualifications3+ years of professional experience with progressive responsibility
1+ year of experience supporting major organizational change initiatives
Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with business analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau
Bachelor's degree is preferred
