About the role

Whirlpool Corporation is seeking a Director of Global Compensation (Executive and Broad-Based) to lead the design, implementation, and governance of compensation programs across the enterprise. The role reports to the Total Rewards COE and partners with HR, Legal, and Finance to ensure equity and compliance. You will steer global policy projects, advise senior leaders, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, board-ready compensation practices worldwide.
